Add the product to the shopping bag.
If you don´t want to add anything else to your shopping bag, go to the checkout page where you get an overview of items you chose.
Continue the checkout by entering your personal information.
Choose a shipping method and add the text for your greeting note or leave it blank.
Decide on your preferred payment method.
Put in your payment details and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Finally place the order and let us take care of the rest.
After you placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to your registered address. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder.
As soon as we send your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as the invoice. For further queions feel free to contact us at hello@friendly-flowers.com.
Usually, you should receive a confirmation e-mail directly after ordering. Please also check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation e-mail takes a little bit more time. If you don´t receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us via hello@friendly-flowers.com, so that we can make sure that your order is processed correctly.
Yes! In order to do so simply choose a different delivery address during the checkout.
Unfortunately, altering your order after purchase is limited. If you want to change or cancel your order, please write us an e-mail with your order number and the desired change latest 60 minutes after the initial purchase at hello@friendly-flowers.com.
